He has been associated with Eville & Jones Australia since 2014 and his key role is maintaining strategic relationships with processors, government agencies and providing support to our meat inspection teams to assist expedite issues related to ISO/IEC 17020 Standards, the cornerstone of Australian Government Authorised Officer (AAO) program.Read more
Jack Grzelak is an Operations Manager at Eville and Jones Australia. Industry Veterinarian with almost 10 years’ experience in Public Health and Food Safety. Jack has gained his experience working as an On-Plant Veterinarian, Export Official Veterinarian and collaborates with government bodies and Meat Industry businesses in various European countries. During his career, he provided official controls, auditing and advice in maintaining and improving food safety, meat hygiene, animal health and food/animal products export. He is a member of the Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons since 2011. Jack lead a Veterinary Export Certification company and was responsible for the certification of meat and animal products on behalf of an Animal and Plant Health Agency in the United Kingdom. He subsequently joined Eville and Jones Australia in 2018 to run the operations and development side of the company.Read more
